Service Provided by Wiser World Travel
The intention of Wiser World Travel (WWT) is to direct you to tours, itineraries and accommodations that meet your travel needs, meet strict sustainability/responsible travel criteria, and demonstrate best practices, reducing negative impacts to local people, communities, and the environment and increasing long term benefits. Recommendations by WWT for tours, itineraries, and/or accommodations are for information only.
Limitations of Liability
WWT does not accept any liability for, or warrant the quality and standard of any of the vacations that you are sold by tour operators or accommodations recommended by WWT. WWT is not liable for any injury and/or damage to persons or property occurring during or as a result of any vacation taken as a result of inquiries made through WWT.
WWT seeks to insure that all tour operators and accommodations recommended demonstrate their sustainability and responsible travel best practices as stated and documented. However, WWT cannot guarantee that such practices are in effect at all times. We urge travelers to alert WWT to any practices that do not meet expectations, and the matter will be investigated.
You agree to the limitations of liabilities listed above in full and to accept the application of U.S. and/or Colorado law to govern matters between WWT, you, and your team of travelers, if necessary.
